1. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch. In rare cases, delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen conditions.

2. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can return your order within 3 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in original packaging. Exchanges are not supported; you can place a new order after the return.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details. You can also find your order status on the “My Orders” page.

4. Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver to most pin codes across India. You’ll be notified at checkout if delivery is unavailable to your address.

5. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, currently we only support prepaid orders via Razorpay.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please record a video while unboxing and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Send the video and your order ID to jusfreezcollection@gmail.com.
